  1. Shares on the Spotlight list (previously Aktie Torget), the Mangold list and NGM list cannot be traded online.
  2. When buying (not selling) shares listed here, an additional transaction tax (“French Financial Transaction Tax”) of 0.3% of the transaction amount will apply in addition to the ordinary brokerage fee. This tax will apply to trading in companies with a central location in France where the market value as of 01.01.12 exceeded EUR 1 billion (EUR).
  3. When buying shares on the London Stock Exchange, on top of the regular brokerage fee, an additional Stamp Duty fee of 0.5 per cent of the trade amount will apply, which is a public tax in England. If the share is registered in Ireland, the Stamp Duty will be 1 per cent.
  4. When buying (not selling) shares in Italian listed companies, with a market value exceeding 500 million Euro an extra transaction tax (“Italian Financial Transaction Tax”) amounting to 0.1% of the transaction value will apply.
