Tracking certain international payments
Certain international payments made via SWIFT can now be tracked in a similar way to how you track goods purchased online.
You will find a link to tracking information at the bottom of the payment receipt. Go to Payment - Completed payments and then the details for the payment you wish to track.
By following this, you will receive information about where the payment is, how long each bank has spent processing it and which fees have been charged along the way.
The tracker is only available for other international payments from Norwegian DNB accounts. It is therefore not possible to track EU payments, cheques or financial payments.
Please also note that all intermediary banks must confirm receipt of the payment to the SWIFT system in order for the payment to be tracked all the way to the recipient bank.
For the payment to be tracked all the way to the recipient bank, all intermediary banks must confirm receipt to the SWIFT system. If this is not done, the payment cannot be tracked further.
If the payment has not been received, we recommend that the recipient contacts their bank for more information. A screenshot from the tracker may be attached.

The requirements for sending roubles apply not only to Russia, but regardless of the recipient country.
If digits 6, 7 and 8 in the recipient's account number are 810, this means that the account is a RUB account.
In addition to the recipient's full name and address, the INN number must be provided when paying taxes and duties to Russian authorities. The INN is recommended for other payments if this number appears on the invoice to be paid. This is a unique taxpayer ID number (Identification Number of the Tax Payer), 10 digits for businesses and 12 digits for individuals.
Furthermore, you must provide the BIC (9-digit bank code for the bank in Russia starting with 04) + the account number that the recipient's bank has with the Russian central bank. This account number is 20 digits and starts with 30101. In addition, we need the BIC (SWIFT address) of the recipient's bank + the bank's full name and city.
You must also provide the VO code (VO+5 digits) + text in English stating what the payment is for. This information is entered in the reference field (message to recipient).
The VO code is a reporting code that indicates what the payment relates to.
The payment must be entered in this way:

Recipient's name: Full name and address + INN number (if applicable)
Message to recipient: VO code + text in English stating what the payment is for
BIC of recipient's bank: For example SABRRUMM
In the 'Name Address Recipient's bank' field, register the following: //RUxxxxxxxxx.30101xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx + the bank's name and city (What is registered after RU is the BIK code 9 digits, then the account number that the recipient's bank has in the Russian central bank).
