Have you forgotten your PIN, or do you need to block your card?
Many people have questions about
You can block the company card through the corporate mobile bank DNB Bedrift.
Note: The block on a corporate card cannot be removed. You must therefore order a new card. This can also be done via the corporate mobile bank.
You can block cards in the private online bank, via the corporate mobile bank, or by contacting us by chat or phone on +47 915 04800.
Tip! Do you not have a retail customer account in DNB? You can still log in with your BankID from another bank.

Different ways you can block the card:
Only the administrator, cardholder and managing director can block a corporate card.
This can be done via the corporate mobile bank DNB Bedrift or by calling us on +47 915 04800.

Select the one that applies to you:
You can easily find your PIN code in the Corporate Card app under the Services menu option.
You can also block and order a new card in the app.
You can contact DNB Corporate Mastercard customer services on +47 21 01 50 40.
In order to block the card, log in to My Corporate Mastercard.
Alternatively, you can contact Corporate Mastercard’s blocking service by phone on 21 01 52 00. The blocking service is open 24 hours a day.
For security reasons, we cannot unblock blocked cards. You can easily order a new card in the online bank.
Which card do you want to block?
I don’t have private online banking in DNB
Even if you don’t have a retail customer account in DNB, you can still log in with your national identity number and the Bank ID you normally use (issued from another bank).
Corporate card (Visa/BankAxept)
You’ll find the PIN in your private online bank since the card has been registered to you as an individual.
Tip! You can also find the PIN for your cards in the corporate mobile bank.
Corporate Mastercard
You can easily find your code in the Corporate Card app.
Select ‘Services’ in the menu.
Alternatively, you can call DNB Corporate Mastercard customer services by phone on +47 21 01 50 01.
Which card does it concern?
You’ll automatically be sent a new card in the post well in advance of the expiry date. If you’re planning to be away for a long period of time, you should check the expiry date on your card before you leave. You’ll find the month and year on the front of the card.
Your card is valid for the entire month shown as the expiry month.
Tip! Remember to update card details with companies that charge your card.
When you shop using a corporate card with Visa or Corporate Mastercard online, you may be asked for the CVV2/CVC2 code along with the card number and expiry date on the card.
The code is the last three digits written on the signature strip at the back of your card.
You’ll find a complaints form in your private online bank. Note that the amounts must be posted to your account before you can claim them.
Fill out and submit the form, and the complaints department will contact you as soon as they’ve started handling your case.
NB: Remember to block your card if you suspect fraud! Call us on +47 915 04800 or start a chat with us to do this.
As a cardholder, you can raise a complaint about a purchase or a withdrawal if something has gone wrong.
Which card does it concern?
Corporate card
Administrators in the online bank, cardholders, managing director, procurator, or signatories per procuration can cancel cards by starting a chat with an adviser in the online bank or calling us on +47 915 04800.
DNB Corporate Mastercard
To cancel your DNB Corporate Mastercard, call our Blocking service on +47 21 01 50 40.

Corporate card
BankAxept:
Corporate card with BankAxept can only be used at outlets in Norway that are labelled BankAxept.
Visa:
Corporate card with Visa can be used to buy products and services online or in store, in Norway and abroad. You can use it wherever you want in the world.
If you need to use a card abroad, or to make online purchases, we recommend Corporate card with Visa and/or DNB Corporate Mastercard.
Corporate cards with BankAxept can be used for both deposits and withdrawals
You can restrict your card to deposits only by setting the withdrawal limit to NOK 0. You can set this restriction for each individual card.
The withdrawal limit of NOK 0 is suitable for businesses that only want their employees to be able to deposit cash into the company’s account. This way the card becomes a deposit-only card.
When ordering a Corporate card with BankAxept you can select deposits only to make it a deposit card.
