Help with the corporate online bank
Here you’ll find what you need to get the most out of the corporate online bank
Many people have questions about
Add a new user
If you have administrator access in the internet bank, you can create new users yourself. You’ll see who is an administrator on the right of the corporate online bank’s home page.
How to add a new user (1:01 mins, Norwegian)
How to do it:
The administrator logs in to the corporate online bank.
Click on Administration in the main menu. Under the tab 'Privileges', select Manage users
You now have four options. Select ‘Add a new user’
Enter the national identity number, the name of the user and your contact information
All done – the new user has now been created!
Note: If the user you’re trying to add has not had their identity registered in DNB you’ll be advised of this and will be directed to another form to order identity registration. When the user has completed their identity registration, you can follow the steps above.
Change a user role
When the user has been created by an administrator, you can request that the person be assigned roles such as administrator and/or orderer.
How to change users (1:27 mins, Norwegian)
How to do it:
Go to Administration in the main menu. Under the tab 'Privileges', select Manage users
Then select ‘I want a user to be given administrator/orderer access (requires signature)’
Enter the user ID of the person whose role you want to change and fill out the rest of the form.
Tips! If you don’t know their user ID is, you can find this by clicking on Administration in the main menu and going to ‘Manage users’ under Privileges
We recommend that you sign using BankID for a quicker process.
You’ll receive a receipt for what you’ve ordered, and the agreement will be sent to you for eSigning, normally within one working day.
Note! Anyone can request this change (even a user), but the change requires a signature in accordance with the certificate of registration (Brønnøysund).
