I don’t have private online banking in DNB
Even if you don’t have a retail customer account in DNB, you can still log in with your national identity number and the Bank ID you normally use (issued from another bank).
Corporate card (Visa/BankAxept)
You’ll find the PIN in your private online bank since the card has been registered to you as an individual.
Tip! You can also find the PIN for your cards in the mobile banking app.
Corporate Mastercard
You’ll find the PIN code in You can download the Corporate Card app. Select “Services” and then “View or unlock your PIN code”. Identify with BankID and see PIN.

Which card does it concern?
You can block the company card through the corporate mobile bank DNB Bedrift.
Note: The block on a corporate card cannot be removed. You must therefore order a new card. This can also be done via the corporate mobile bank.
You can block cards in the private online bank, via the mobile banking app, or by contacting us by chat or phone on +47 915 04800.
Tip! Do you not have a retail customer account in DNB? You can still log in with your BankID from another bank.
Note! If you block the card yourself, you can open the block if you should find the card back.

Different ways you can block the card:
Only the administrator, cardholder and managing director can block a corporate card.
This can be done via the mobile banking app DNB Bedrift or by calling us on +47 915 04800.

Block Corporate Mastercard
If you need to block the card and order a new one, this can be done in You can download the Corporate Card app uunder menu item “Services”. Then select "Block and order new card" and follow the instructions.
If you just need to block the card, you can call our 24-hour block telephone on +47 21 01 50 40.
Purchasing account
In order to block the card, log in to My Corporate Mastercard.
Alternatively, you can contact Corporate Mastercard’s blocking service by phone on 21 01 52 00. The blocking service is open 24 hours a day.
Unblocking a blocked card
For security reasons, we cannot unblock blocked cards. You can easily order a new card in the internet bank.
Which card do you want to block?
Well before the expiry date, you will automatically be sent a new card in the post. If you’re planning to be away for a long period of time, you should check the expiry date on your card before you leave. You’ll find the month and year on the front of the card.
Your card is valid for the entire month shown as the expiry month.
Tip! Remember to update card details with companies that charge your card.
There may be several reasons why the card is not working If the terminal manages to read your card, either with a chip or magnetic strip, this means that your card is in order. But if your card cannot be read in the terminal, it may be damaged. If so, you’ll need a new card.

Complaint Corporate card (Visa/BankAxept)
You’ll find a complaints form in your private internet bank. Note that the amounts must be posted to your account before you can challenge them.
Remember to block your card if you suspect fraud! Call us on +47 915 04800 or start a chat with us to do this.
Log in to your private online bank
Go to “Everyday banking and loans” and “My cards”.
Click on “Shortcuts” on the card in question and select “Complaints on card transactions”
Fill out and submit the form, and the complaints department will contact you as soon as they’ve started handling your case.

Corporate Mastercard complaint
As a cardholder, you can raise a complaint about a purchase or a withdrawal if something has gone wrong. Read more and follow the instructions here.
Which card does it concern?
Corporate card (Visa or BankAxept):
BankAxept:
Corporate card with BankAxept can only be used at outlets in Norway that are labelled BankAxept.
Visa:
Corporate card with Visa can be used to buy products and services online or in store, in Norway and abroad. You can use it wherever you want in the world.
If you need to use a card abroad, or to make online purchases, we recommend Corporate card with Visa and/or DNB Corporate Mastercard.
Tips
When you shop using a corporate card with Visa online, you may be asked for the CVV2/CVC2 code along with the card number and expiry date on the card. The code is the last three digits written on the signature strip at the back of your card.
Corporate cards with BankAxept can be used for both deposits and withdrawals
You can limit the card to deposits only by setting the withdrawal limit to NOK 0. It is possible to set this limit for each individual card.
The withdrawal limit of NOK 0 is suitable for businesses that only want their employees to be able to deposit cash into the company’s account. This way the card becomes a deposit-only card.
When ordering a Corporate card with BankAxept you can select deposits only to make it a deposit card.

Take two cards when travelling
A good piece of advice is to take both a credit card and a debit card with you when travelling. With two cards, you have a back-up if you should be unfortunate enough to lose, misplace or have the other one stolen. Always keep the cards in different places.
Check amounts and invoices
Always check the receipt and total amounts before signing a receipt. Also check invoices against receipts.
In the online bank you can start a chat with an adviser if you’re charged the wrong amount.
Corporate Mastercard
For security reasons, your card must be activated before you can start using it.
All Corporate Mastercard cards are activated easily in The Corporate Card app My Corporate Mastercard.
If you have a Corporate Mastercard with personal responsibility, you can also activate the card on your first purchase with a chip and PIN.

Cards with private liability:
Use the link to the company’s application form that was sent to the company representative when entering the agreement.*
- The card applicant fills out the application form and signs the application with BankID/BankID for mobile.
- The invoicing date is chosen by the employee but should be set in relation to the date of the travel settlement payment. The desired credit limit is registered in the application and the approved credit will be specified in the letter that comes with the card.
* If the link to the company’s application form is used, the card applicant will be taken straight to the card application. Please note that if you’re applying for a card from dnb.no, the business must provide company information and sign using BankID/BankID for mobile before the card application is filled out.
Cards with corporate liability:
The application for a card with corporate liability is made entirely by the managing director/procurator.
- Use the link to the company’s application form which was sent to the managing director/procurator when signing the agreement or click Apply for a Corporate Mastercard.
- The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/business agent confirms their identity by providing company information and signing with BankID/BankID on mobile. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/business agent then fills out the card application for the employee in question and signs the application with BankID/BankID on mobile.
Purchasing account (virtual card)
You can easily get an overview of all your purchases by logging in to Kortadmin (Card admin).
When you’ve ordered a purchasing account, you’ll get access to the following information:
- Card number
- Expiry date
- Security code (CVV2 code)
You’ll need this card information to make purchases online.
Please note that the purchase will be verified by Mastercard Identity Check, which is a one-time password you receive by text message to your mobile phone. It’s therefore important that all users have their own card information.
It’s easy to compile the invoices from multiple Purchasing Accounts onto the same invoice. To order this, call us on +47 21 01 50 05.
The invoice comes with 10 days’ payment terms as standard. This gives you interest-free credit for up to 40 days on purchases made at the beginning of the period.
If longer payment terms are needed, an extra 10 days can be applied for at an additional cost.
Administration of the card in the Card Admin
Card admin is an online portal that gives the company a full overview of their card agreement. The company decides who will have access to the Card Manager (administrator) and can have multiple administrators on an appointment. The card admin is free of charge and will be automatically posted when you apply for the company’s first card.

Here are some of the features you can access when you have cards with corporate responsibility:
- Full overview of all card holders, including inactive cards
- Transaction overview with access to details such as exchange rate
- Invoices with a 12-month history and payment status
- Invoices can also be downloaded in PDF and exported to Excel
- Incoming payments
- See receipts, uploaded by cardholder in the app
- Manage cards and accounts (lock out cards, order PINs, finish cards)
- Simply apply for one or more cards
- Order a new card if, for example, the card is lost
- The administrator can log in with BankID
To switch administrators in the Card Admin, fill out the application form with information about the new administrator. Then send the form to: support@corporatemastercard.no
If you want to remove an administrator or terminate the Card Administrator agreement, the company can send an email to: support@corporatemastercard.no
Corporate Mastercard FAQ
Yes, you can choose your own PIN code. New card holders select PINs after they have applied for the card. Information about choosing a PIN can be found either by text message or letter, depending on how you applied for the card.
Existing cardholders can log in to You can download the Corporate Card app under the menu item “Services”. You can block your existing card there and order a new one with the same or new PIN. You can also do the same in the service "My Corporate Mastercard", a web-based service which you will find here.
You’ll find the PIN in the Corporate Card app. Select “Services” and then “View or unlock your PIN code”. Identify with BankID and see PIN. You can also see the PIN in the “My Corporate Mastercard” service, a web-based service that you will find here.

You’re automatically insured on your travels when more than half of the transport cost has been paid with/charged to your credit card. If you’re also paying for someone you’re travelling together with, the insurance includes up to 3 fellow travellers.
