Entra is a company that owns much of the office market in Oslo. Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap is most exposed to retail and shopping centres in Norway, but also has offices and a couple of hotels. KMC Properties is a company that primarily invests in Northern European logistics and industrial real estate. There are also shares exposed to residential development; in Norway, Selvaag Bolig is the largest, and you can also buy JM and Bonava via the Stockholm Stock Exchange through our share trading. Buying and selling shares and mutual funds involves high risk because the value of securities will fluctuate with supply and demand. Historical rate of return in the stock market is never a guarantee for future rate of return. Future rate of return will depend on, amongst other things, market developments, the performance of the company or fund, your own skill, any costs for buying and selling, and management, as well as tax considerations.
