What loan interest rate will I receive?

At DNB you have a personal home loan interest rate. This means that the interest rate on your loan is adapted to both your finances and your life situation. That's why, for example, young home loan customers have their own favourable interest rate with us. We believe it's right that the loan interest rate reflects your unique situation – because no two financial situations are the same.

When you apply to transfer your loan to DNB, you will receive a specific offer showing the interest rate offered to you. That's why it pays to send us an application – then you'll know exactly what interest rate you can expect.

Price example Green mortgage

Nominal floating interest rate from 5.24%, annual percentage rate of charge (APRC) from 5.44%. Annuity loan NOK 2 000 000 o/25 years with monthly payment NOK 12 038. The total amount payable would be NOK 3 614 590 made up of the loan amount plus interest of NOK 1 614 590.

Switch banks at the same time?

When you transfer your home loan to DNB, you can also choose to switch banks. This means the rest of your finances, so you can have everything in one place.

Accounts, payment agreements, insurance and everything else can be set up at your own pace, and you get everything gathered in one and the same mobile banking app. This gives you better overview and a simpler financial everyday life, with advisers who follow you through the process.
