The Ung (Young Adults) billion

We want to help even more people enter the housing market, which is why we are now doubling the Ung (Young Adults) billion!

What is the Ung (Young adults) consultation?

The Ung consultation is an advisory service for young people, wherever you are in life. Do you need advice on how to save enough equity for your first home, understand your finances better, or simply want someone to consult with? We are here to help you.

How much do I need to save myself?

When you buy a home, you must have a minimum of 10 per cent in equity. This means you must save part of the purchase price yourself, but there are also several solutions for this.

Can I receive the equity from DNB?

No, unfortunately not. However, we can grant you a mortgage even if you are short of some of the equity, as long as you have sufficient income and a good payment history.
