FAQs

NB!

Even if you are appointed as guardian, security instruments, cards and pins issued in the client’s name must not be used/managed by anyone other than the client themselves. To get an overview, you will be assigned a separate role in your client’s account, so as the appointed guardian, you have the necessary access in your own online bank.

Please note the following:

Unless there is full or partial deprivation of legal capacity, the legal account holder can also, after appointing a guardian, take legal action and dispose of their own funds, without requesting consent from a guardian. He/she can also revoke any decisions/changes that have been made by the guardian. See The Norwegian Guardianship Act, Section 21.
