In-store cash services
Simple solution for deposits and withdrawals of cash in over 1,400 grocery stores.
In-store cash services (KiB) is a joint solution for banks for deposits and withdrawals of cash. The service is provided by BankAxept and is available in approximately 1,460 NorgesGruppen stores (Meny, Kiwi, Spar and selected Joker and Bunnpris stores).

To use Cash in Shop, you must use a bank card marked with BankAxept. Shops that offer the service will be marked at the checkout. With Cash in Shop, you can therefore easily deposit and withdraw cash via grocery stores' bank terminals. With Cash in Shop, you can withdraw up to NOK 10 000 and deposit NOK 20 000 into your account.
To use Cash in Shop, you must identify yourself with a BankAxept card and PIN code. This ensures that the money goes in or out of the correct account, and makes it safer for you in terms of data protection, fraud and identity theft.
About the service
- Cash withdrawals cost NOK 10 for customers over 18 years of age.Making a cash deposit is free.
- Maximum deposit is NOK 20 000 and withdrawal NOK 10 000.(Coins maximum 25 of each denomination)
- You must bring your card and enter your PIN code every time
- You can withdraw from/deposit to the account linked to the card
- Follows the shop's opening hours. You do not need to make a purchase to use the service
- You can tap, regardless of the amount
How does it work?
- Look for signs with in-store cash services. Let them know that you wish to deposit money or withdraw money.
- Tap with Vipps or insert your BankAxept card into the payment terminal and enter your PIN code. You can also use Apple Pay or tap with Vipps.
- Check that the amount you deposit or withdraw is correct. Then your cash is secure!
