What is the Intro customer programme?

The Intro customer programme is DNB's customer programme for children and young people between 6 and 17 years. The programme provides a secure and inspiring start to managing money and includes a bank card, account, online banking and mobile banking app. Children receive help learning good money habits, whilst parents gain easy oversight.

Intro Savings Account

With the Intro Savings Account, the child can start saving themselves. The child must have a Children's Card or Ung (Young Adults) card to order an Intro Savings Account. Unlike the Children's Savings Account, this is a savings account that the child can manage themselves.

The order can be placed in the guardian's online bank or in the child's own online bank when the child is over 15 years old.
