Do your annual accounts in DNB Regnskap
If you have not yet completed the year-end closing, you can still submit the tax return and annual accounts through DNB Accounting.
In DNB Regnskap Private Limited Companies (AS) and Sole Proprietorships (ENK) can submit tax returns directly from the system.
The year-end module in DNB Regnskap helps you calculate tax-related differences and attach the required information to the tax return. You get better explanations along the way, more information about the calculations and an easier overview of which topics in the tax return are relevant to you. The final entries after calculating the profit/loss are automatically entered into your accounts.

Which deadlines apply to the annual accounts?
31 May - Submit tax returns and business statements (private limited companies and sole proprietorships)
30 June - Hold AGM and approve the annual accounts (private limited companies)
31 July - Submit the annual accounts to the Register of Annual Company Accounts (private limited companies)

- Enter all of your purchases and sales in the accounts and do a bank reconciliation.
- Speak to your accountant at an early stage.
