Are you worried about your own health? Are you worried about your child having a fever or a rash, or vomiting? Would you like to speak to an experienced nurse here and now? You can call the health phone service for help and advice 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can also talk to a doctor and get prescriptions and referrals. This applies to all regular members of the household.

In cooperation with Eyr we now offer our health insurance customers a service that enables you to get an appointment with a doctor over the phone. You can get prescriptions, referrals and answers to questions about various symptoms and diseases – without having to visit the doctor’s office.
Open Monday-Friday from 8:00 to 22:00, Saturday-Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.
Crisis assistance service
The crisis assistance service is available to persons who have experienced an acute incident of such a serious nature that they need quick access to a crisis psychologist. The phone is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
