How to log in using Mobile BankID
- Enter the mobile telephone number on which your Mobile BankID is registered and click on Confirm.
- A page containing a reference will be displayed. Check to ensure that this is the same reference as the one shown on your mobile phone and click OK.
- Enter your personal ID PIN (4-8 digits) on your mobile phone and click OK

How to use your code generator:
- Click on the arrow to switch on the code generator.
- Enter your 4-digit PIN code. An 8-digit numeric code will be displayed for 30 seconds. If the text APPLI is displayed, press 1. A 6-digit code will then be displayed.
- Use the first 6 digits as a one-time code to log in.
Can I use the mobile banking service outside Norway?
Yes, you can. This requires that you are connected to a wireless network (Wi-Fi) or have an active connection to the mobile network (4G/3G/Egde).

Mobile BankID has ceased to function
Mobile BankID is linked to the SIM card in your mobile phone. If you change phones, get a new SIM card or change mobile operator, you will have to reactivate Mobile BankID in the Internet banking service.

The service is no longer active or is linked to a different mobile phone number than the one you use. You need to reactivate your mobile BankID in the online banking service.

Mobile BankID has been blocked. You can deactivate and reactivate the service in your online banking service.
